Nagoya University COI initiatives were introduced in the October issue of JSTnews.
The Nagoya University COI will hold a ‘Final Results Debriefing’ in a hybrid real and online format.
The Nagoya University COI, which started its activities in 2013, has a vision of a “mobility society where the elderly are energetic”, and is aiming for a society where all people can move anywhere at any time at their own will, so that they can be “active with a smile and energy” even in old age. The aim has been to realise this goal.
At this centre, research and development incorporating a social science perspective has been carried out with the cooperation of people and sites beyond the boundaries of universities and companies. In this debriefing session, we will report on our efforts and achievements over the past nine years and their social implementation.
In addition, we will invite experts in the fields of university, industry and policy-making to a crosstalk session to discuss future innovation from the perspective of university reform and industry-academia collaboration, based on our efforts to date.
